Costco Air Fryers 2026: Best Prices, Deals and Return Rules

Quick answer: Costco lists 17 air fryers on costco.com (October 22, 2026), from the Gourmia 9-Qt at $59.99 to $299.99 Ninja Crispi glass models. Ninja, Cuisinart, Gourmia and T-fal dominate, and several are on sale now: the Ninja Crispi 5-in-1 is $124.99 after $35 off and the Gourmia French-door oven is $119.99 after $40 off, both through November 15. Air fryers fall under Costco's regular satisfaction guarantee (not the 90-day electronics rule), but Costco's free warranty extension doesn't cover them.

Bought one before the sale? If you paid full price within the last 30 days, Costco's price adjustment can get you the difference. For costco.com orders, Costco says a request "must be submitted within both the active promotional dates and 30 days of the purchase date," so don't wait until the promotion ends. Online orders use Costco's price adjustment form; warehouse purchases go to the Returns counter where you bought it.

Which Costco air fryer should you buy?

• Best value: the Gourmia 9-Qt ($59.99). A big basket for the price, with a ceramic-coated basket, launched as a Costco exclusive in October 2026.
• Best for families: a dual-basket model such as the Ninja CRISPi DualZone or Foodi DualZone, so you can cook two foods at once.
• Best if you want an oven: the Gourmia XL French Door oven on sale at $119.99, or the Cuisinart 26L, which also toasts, bakes and roasts.
• Glass instead of nonstick: the Ninja Crispi line cooks in glass containers you can store and reheat in.
• Small kitchens: the Cuisinart CompactMax Slim (8 qt in a narrow footprint).

Warranty: what Costco does and doesn't cover

Air fryers come with the manufacturer's warranty, as stated on Costco's product pages:

• 1 year: Ninja, T-fal, Gourmia, Chefman, Midea, Nuwave
• 2 years: Cosori 30 L oven
• 3 years (limited): Cuisinart

Costco's free warranty extension, which extends coverage to 2 years, applies to TVs, projectors, computers and major appliances, not small kitchen appliances like air fryers.

Can you return an air fryer to Costco?

Yes. Air fryers are covered by Costco's "Risk-Free 100% Satisfaction Guarantee." Costco's 90-day return limit applies to a specific list (TVs, projectors, major appliances, computers, tablets, smart wearables, cameras, drones, phones and similar), and small kitchen appliances aren't on it. Take it to the Returns counter at any Costco warehouse.

Kalorik MAXX air fryer: stop using it

Costco's recalls page lists the Kalorik MAXX air fryer (French-door air fryer oven, item #1510875). In a member letter dated October 19, 2026, Costco tells members who bought it between December 2020 and November 2023 to stop using it and return it to any Costco for a full refund. The CPSC warned on October 15, 2026 that the doors can close on users' arms while the oven is on, causing burns.

Also check older multicookers: the 2025 SharkNinja Foodi pressure cooker recall (models including OP305CO and OP350CO, sold at Costco) covers the pressure-cooking lid; SharkNinja offers a free replacement lid, and the air-fry function can still be used.

The Canadian Ninja Crispi 5-in-1 was CA$159.99 after $40 off through October 25. Check costco.ca for current prices.
