Account Deletion Policy

At CostRefund, we respect your right to privacy and the control over your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact our support team:

  • Email: info@sfdify.com or partner@sfdify.com
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Details: Please include the email address associated with your account so we can identify you.

Note: Email requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. We may contact you to verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When your account is deleted, the following actions are taken:

  • Your profile information (name, email, etc.) is permanently removed from our active databases.
  • Your receipt history and refund claim records are deleted.
  • Any active subscription details are disconnected from your account (Note: You must also cancel auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play Store settings to stop future billing).
  • We will stop collecting any background location data immediately.

Important Note on Subscriptions

Deleting your CostRefund account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions managed by Apple or Google. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription through your device's subscription management settings before or after deleting your account.

Data Retention

Per our Privacy Policy, some information may be retained in our backups for a limited period or as required by law (e.g., for tax or legal compliance). However, this data will not be used for any other purpose and will be purged according to our standard retention schedule.
