Costco Prime Rib & Holiday Ham 2026: Every Roast on Costco.com
Prime rib, beef tenderloin, Wagyu, turducken and Spanish ham: what Costco ships for the holiday table, what it costs, and which discounts end when.
Quick answer: Costco.com's cheapest holiday prime rib is Rastelli's Choice boneless Black Angus: $159.99 for 7 lb after $70 off, through Dec 31. Online you'll also find beef tenderloin, Wagyu and a turducken, plus Spanish Serrano and Ibérico hams. There's no spiral ham on Costco.com; warehouse hams and roasts are sold by weight, at prices that vary by location.

Warehouse meat vs. Costco.com
The warehouse meat case is where most members buy a holiday roast or ham, but those are sold by weight and Costco's own listings say warehouse prices may vary, so we don't quote them. What we list is Costco.com's online price on the day we checked. For a roast from the meat case, check your own warehouse.
The rest of the holiday table
For a whole meal shipped to your door, see the Costco Thanksgiving dinner. Warehouses close on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, so plan pickups around Costco's holiday hours. The Honey Baked Ham Co. gift cards are on our Costco gift cards page.
If the price drops after you order
Costco.com orders get the same 30-day price adjustment as warehouse purchases: if a roast you ordered gets cheaper, claim the difference with the online price adjustment form.
